A clival chordoma is a malignant tumor of the clivus. The clivus is a portion of bone located at the base of the skull.

Complications for Clival Chordoma

Symptoms in patients with these tumors can vary. Some patients have no symptoms at all, and others may have headaches, double vision, facial numbness, hearing loss, and/or dizziness.
