Outcomes for Vestibular Neuronitis
Most patients will have complete resolution of symptoms of vestibular neuronitis within several weeks of onset. Balance dysfunction, vertigo, and nausea/vomiting will resolve. A small percentage of patients will continue to have residual balance dysfunction that can be helped by vestibular physical therapy .
