Initial Medical Evaluation
The purpose of this visit is to collect as much information as possible pertaining to your dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and other associated symptoms. Prior to your initial appointment, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. This will assist the medical staff in focusing on your main and most important issues. During this visit, a review of systems will be performed in addition to a complete ear examination using a microscope, that will allow the medical practitioner to view your ear in extreme detail.

Dr. Sanjay Prasad MD FACS is a board certified physician and surgeon with over thirty-two years of sub-specialty experience in Otology, Neurotology, advanced head and neck oncologic surgery, and cranial base surgery. He is chief surgeon and founder of the private practice, Metropolitan NeuroEar Group, located in the metropolitan Washington D.C. area.
